    Small companies with less than ten people can use the Lite package to address human capital infrastructure and immediate needs.

    Other use cases may include organisations that require rapid scaling of their human capital capability, particularly when teams need to expand quickly to address business influx.

  • Click “Get Started” to fill up a DecodeHR Club interest form. Next, you can complete a HR Diagnostics Survey (optional) to help us understand your HR needs better. We will be in touch to arrange a consultation to discuss your needs further. Together, we agree on the best subscription package and payment terms that suits you.

  • Yes of course! DecodeHR Club is a pay-as-you-go service and you can choose to upgrade or downgrade your subscription in the next month. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so after the minimum commitment period of 3 months.

  • Yes, a dedicated account manager will be assigned to work alongside your team.

  • You will be billed for the subsequent month in advance. If you choose to pay for 3 months upfront, you can enjoy 10% off total fees.

  • There is no set-up fee. Tools, software and additional information are not included, and will be quoted separately, if required.
