DecodeHR’s founder and managing director, Evelyn Chow, received the prestigious Anchor Leadership Award in the Individual Category, SME, at the 50th anniversary of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (AmCham Singapore) on September 1.

The award recognises individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, and considers various criteria, including visionary leadership, innovation, agility, and commitment to the wellbeing of their employees and their communities.

DecodeHR was recognised as one of the top 10 HR consulting firms in Asia Pacific in 2023 by ManageHR, a renowned industry publication with close to 100,000 qualified subscribers. The annual awards pay tribute to companies that are at the forefront of tackling customer challenges.

Evelyn Chow, Founder and Managing Director of DecodeHR, won the 2021 HR Superstar award from HRO Today, a reputable human resources publication in North America. She was recognised in the category of HR practitioners who are Thought Leaders.
