Evelyn is the founder and Principal Consultant of DecodeHR, a strategic HR consulting firm based in Singapore.
She is a hands-on human resource professional with strong cross-cultural exposure and has had the privilege of leading diverse teams across the region.
A decade of corporate human resources roles across Asia within the IT, hospitality and real estate sectors in companies such as EDS and Symantec led Evelyn to the role of Client Solutions Director for Hudson's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business for Asia.
Evelyn works with clients to develop strategies and programs in the areas of Strategic Workforce Planning, Competency Frameworks Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management & Leadership Development.
She is especially passionate about leveraging technology and helping her clients understand how HR tech can help propel their human capital programs to greater heights. She is also an advocate of Agile HR.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music, admiring beautiful art and reading books that feed her soul.
Senior Engagement Manager
Connie is a HR professional and talent acquisition specialist with 12 plus years of experience in HR, RPO and agencies. An expert in recruitment, Connie works closely with clients/stakeholders across various industries including financial, IT, chemical, life sciences, oil & gas and offshore marine industries, to develop recruitment strategies for hiring in a highly competitive market.
She has led teams across the Asia Pacific region to deliver results to Fortune 500 clients and has hired talents for regional director /VP level positions in supply chain, HS&E, finance, HR, marketing and sales.
In addition, she played a pivotal role in setting up the recruitment function for a local offshore marine company and supported the talent management function by managing the graduate talent management and scholarship programs in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
Connie graduated with Honors from Nanyang Technological University with a Degree in Business Studies and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from Singapore Human Resource Institute. She also holds a Specialist Diploma in Career Counseling and has completed a Building Competency Models certification course by Workitect, Inc.
She volunteers at Dress for Success (an international non-profit organisation that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing professional attire and career coaching) in her free time.
Teo Ai Hua
Ai Hua has experience in the provision of economic consultancy services in the area of competition law. Having worked closely with clients ranging from multinationals to local ministries/statutory boards and foreign governmental bodies, Ai Hua is perceptive to the nuances arising from each different context and is able to deliver tailor-made solutions in accordance to the demands of each client.
More recently, Ai Hua has been involved in corporate human resource consultancy in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development and Corporate Coaching.
Specialising in econometric analysis at the National University of Singapore, Ai Hua’s background in Economics provides her with a firm grounding in understanding trends, causality and correlation, statistical analysis and critical thinking to make workable and sustainable human capital recommendations.
Loh Meng See
Mr. Loh has more than 30 years of work experience in the field of human resources management and has served as senior management officer in two companies which are listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore.
He held the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Singapore Airlines Ltd. for 9 years and was the Company Secretary from September 28, 2005 to October 15, 2006. Prior to that, he worked with Keppel Corporation Limited for 15 years, and was the Group Personnel Director at Keppel Corporation Limited from 1993 to 2000.

Samantha is a learning and development talent partner with broad exposure in multiple industries ranging from Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, and Port Operations. She has a wide scope of experience developing and fostering partnerships with clients to understand business strategies and recommend scalable, innovative learning solutions and/or organizational performance. In addition, she has extensive commercial awareness gained whilst working with companies such as Aviva and Great Eastern Life Assurance.
Samantha graduated from the University of Southern Queensland (Singapore) with a BSc in Applied Psychology. She is skilled as both a coach and mentor. She has been successful at developing and implementing functional soft skills training to 800+ employees across 4 entities in Singapore. She has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), and is recognised as a Creative Training Techniques Facilitator. Samantha is also certified in Emotional Intelligence which enables her to be a more effective and impactful coach and trainer.
Samantha is an advocate of leveraging technology to create engaging ways of driving learning and development initiatives. She piloted an interactive orientation programme through gamification and has also developed competency models across all levels of an organisation.

Linh has deep expertise in individual, team, and organizational development having dedicated her career for over 20 years in the Learning and Development and Talent Management fields across the United States, Europe, and Asia. She has been facilitating groups and individuals from across the world in personal and professional growth, bringing her compassion and multicultural perspective to uncover both conscious and unconscious mental processes and motives to affect lasting growth and positive change.
She has helped a wide range of organizations (non-governmental organizations, corporate, government agencies) build their capacity for strategic alignment, develop their leadership skills and pipeline, engage their employees, increase employee well-being, and create practical solutions amid constant change.

Sera Wong is a seasoned HR professional with 22 years of experience in a broad range of settings including IT, insurance and service related industries. She has held regional positions in Asia for over 10 years. She has worked in different areas of Human Resources including recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits, organizational development, workforce planning and transition management.
Sera holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Open University of Hong Kong and an Honor diploma in Personnel Management from Lingnan College, Hong Kong. She is also attained certificate in Training & Development from CIPD, UK.
Susan is an accomplished HR professional with more than 30 years of experience in in multinational companies such as Rockwell Automation, Molex and ST Microelectonics. She has held several management positions over her career span namely Head of HR, Business Partner, HR Consultant. She possesses proven experience in effectively engaging senior management in Organizational Development, Strategic HR and Change Management.
Her areas of expertise are HR Planning & Strategy, Talent Management, Performance Management, Career Solutions, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement. She worked in Hong Kong for 7 years to lead the set-up of HR Strategy/Operations in STMicroelectronics Hong Kong/China and as HR Manager in Group Senses International, a SME in Hong Kong.
Her strengths include possessing a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal/communication skills, high adaptability/analytical and ability to win trust and collaborate with all levels. She is passionate about bringing out the best in people for organization success. Head of Technology
Annie has nearly two decades in technical leadership, project management, recruitment and training. She enjoyed working in varied technology companies bringing innovative technology products to meet the needs of customers. Her software engineering stint at Motorola in particular reinforced her strong process mind-set in software development. Throughout her career, she led and coached numerous teams, completing many full software development life cycles.
More recently, Annie worked in talent acquisition, successfully recruiting talents in the R&D sector. She is inspired to bring clients to greater heights by leveraging Human Resources Technology. She continues to draw on her solid cross-cultural experience working with multi-site, multi-lingual teams across different countries.
She holds a Master of Technology in Software Engineering from the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science (Information Systems and Computer Science) from the School of Computing, National University of Singapore.
