About the Survey and Agile HR

The 2nd international State of Agile HR survey is a collaboration between DecodeHR and Organize Agile to map the most important developments and challenges in agile HR across the globe. Every year, developments in the field of HR pertaining to agility are gauged. This year’s survey contains a special section on the impact of the COVID-19 crisis and how HR is rising to meet this challenge. Why is this important?

HR departments have a critical role to play in an organisation’s endeavours towards becoming more agile. In order to support this process, it is essential that HR professionals are well-versed in the current developments in the field of agility. Whether an organisation is just starting on the path towards agility by experimenting with agile ways of working or whether they are taking on a full-scale organisational transformation, the State of Agile HR provides insight into the experiences of other HR professionals and departments to offer a clear image of global practices and learnings.

This year, the international State of Agile HR survey is being collected, translated and reported in five different languages (Dutch, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Turkish) to ensure a better distribution of the survey and its report.
