The Role

As an HR Associate, you will work with and support Senior Consultants in the development of project plans, schedules, and/or the delivery of client-based HR consulting and support services.

You will be involved in many different streams within the project lifecycle. You will work as part of a close-knit team, in a highly autonomous work culture that allows you to structure your own workload to fit your schedule while being able to effectively contribute to delivering a great customer experience as our desired outcome.

Key Responsibilities

Support various work streams on an HR project. These may relate to data collection and analysis, business process design, learning and development, testing, and change management and may include specific activities:

  • Data collecting and understanding data to augment research and support organisational decision-making

  • Business process design from conception to implementation with the goal of improving the human resources process to achieve the organisation's desired goals or ROIs

  • Learning and Development: Gather key requirements (both online and offline), and support the development of curriculum and/or training materials. Support delivery of training courses to end users

  • Testing: Testing business processes using the technology solution. Organising business users to participate in testing activities

  • Change Management: Analysing the areas and roles within the business that will change as a result of a new HR solution and documenting how that change will impact those roles

  • Assist client/team members in understanding HR technology solutions

  • Assist in the facilitation of workshops

  • Provide support in creating presentation slides

  • Maintain knowledge of all company products and service offerings

  • Follow company policies and procedures for customer acquisition, etc.

  • Assist in maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Interest in technology and ability to learn new systems and features very quickly

  • Able to work on a variety of assignments and travel to client work sites (when required)

  • Possess a customer-focused mindset
