At our recent joint webinar with Swingvy “Retaining an Agile Mindset and Culture While Remote”, we took a step back to reframe our thinking regarding agile. Having an agile mindset extends into critical areas and when we ran a quick poll, we saw that most of our participants want to focus on specific areas such as change agility and people agility, apart from mental and results agility. It was interesting to observe that results agility was not quite the immediate focus area. It might be because many of us are still finding our feet and executing that much-needed pivot given today's climate.

But don't take your eyes off being results-focused. It's an intentional effort to take risks, tackle new ventures, and hang on when the going gets tough. And lastly, we shared about the importance of managing our energy levels, not just our time. Put in place rituals or practices to allow yourself to maximize your energy and ensure your energy reservoir gets replenished every day. Remember, we can't get agile if we are physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually spent.

Let's stay agile to emerge stronger!
