The Role

The Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager to be a part of its pioneering team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop different business lanes in line with the Company’s sales strategy

  • Effectively implement the sales strategy to achieve the sales targets set by the Country Director

  • Proactively explore new business opportunities for the Company and grow the existing customer base

  • Interact frequently with customers and vendors

  • Promote total logistics / end to end solutions, tailor made web-based systems integrations

  • Maintain high customer retention ratio along with an active business pipeline plan

  • Execute credit policy and ensure collection on time

  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth operations and service for the ultimate customer

  • Ensure the corporate guidelines and SOPs are established and adhered to

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with proven track record in sales for Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry

  • Graduate in Logistics Management / Member of Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport preferred

  • Able to thrive under pressure and confidence to build business rapport with corporate sector

  • Knowledge of Air & Ocean freight operations would be a definite advantage

  • Overall knowledge on supply chain management

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines in assigned area of work

  • Working knowledge of MS Office / Excel

  • Excellent command in English
