Our client is an MNC conglomerate that specialises in providing bespoke insurance planning and wealth management solutions to high net worth clients worldwide.

The Role

This is a dynamic and exciting role reporting directly to the Sales Operations Director. In this position, you will act as the primary liaison with insurers and sales consultants, providing hands-on end-to-end management of insurance applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate highlights, quotes, and insurer's illustrations for sales consultants’ meetings

  • Provide support for new business sales and after-sales policy services for sales consultants

  • Follow internal processes and ensure proper documentation is obtained and filed in CRM

  • Coordinate pre-case submission tasks, including medical bookings, preparing internal KYC documentations, and insurer’s application forms

  • Handle new business case submissions to different insurers and work closely with sales consultants to facilitate policy inception

  • Manage monthly bank reporting

  • Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders promptly

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the immediate supervisor within the Sales Operations Department

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of case management experience with high net worth clients, preferably in the insurance broking or insurance industry

  • Able to adapt to using different software to generate insurer’s illustrations

  • Strong understanding of different underwriting requirements from the insurers to submit cases efficiently

  • Possess the functional and technical knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the role

  • Good interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders

  • Capable of working under tight deadlines, producing efficient work in a multi-task environment

  • Highly organised and pro-active in following up on cases and daily tasks

  • Meticulous with the ability to maintain precision and accuracy

  • Effective in coping with changes, can shift gears comfortably, and able to handle uncertainties

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Licensed in CMFAS Module 5, 9, 9A and HI (preferably not a must)

  • Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
